It is our free-will choice to believe God—which would make us eligible to receive His blessings—such as: have our sins forgiven; be delivered from worldly desires; see change in our attitude; be guided by His Holy Spirit; and to enjoy a right standing before God.  Those blessings are Atonement rights as we base all such requests on the merit value of the Blood of Christ.

God’s blessings include health, healing, protection, provisions, peace, financial needs, and everything else promised in Scripture.  Everyone is given a free-will choice and everyone will make a choice—to go in one of two directions.  If we choose to believe Jesus, God will give us His Holy Spirit who inspires faith in us to believe.  If we choose not to believe, we will live like the world.

The right type of believing is the type of faith that sincerely asks God, and then really believes that the healing, the deliverance, the peace in our home, or the victory over the devil anywhere else, is waiting to be given to us.  God does not ask us to believe to make something true; but to believe His Word because it is true.

Believing in faith on the Atonement Blood of Christ is a salvation issue—John 3:18 “He who is believing in him is not judged [condemned], but he who is not believing hath been judged already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”  Jesus said John 6:47 “He who is believing in me, hath [everlasting life].”

Romans 4:16 “Therefore it [righteousness and eternal life] is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed.”  Trusting in faith on the Atonement Blood of the cross is a free-will choice everyone has—and this choice will decide our destiny.

There is a specific reason why we must believe, and there is a specific One in whom to believe concerning everything—regardless of how much we are pressured to trust in something, someone, or some other plan or policy.

Our free-will choice to believe in the Atonement of Christ enables the Holy Spirit to enlighten us to the Truth.  2 Corinthians 4:3 “If [the meaning of] our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost [on the way to perdition]: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine to them.”

It is always our choice to believe the Truth from the Word; to trust in the Atonement of Christ and be saved; or to accept the lie from the devil; to trust in something else and be lostJohn 3:36 “He who [is believing] in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

The world is in its last chapter—a time when God’s Truth will be rejected.  2 Peter 3:3-4 “Remember that, in the last days, men will come who make a mock at everything—governed only by their own passions, and, asking, ‘What has become of His promised Return?  For from the time our forefathers fell asleep all things continue as they have been ever since the creation of the world.’”  Jesus stands at the door and awaits His Father’s command Revelation 3:20.

The Bible is true whether anyone believes it or not.  Unbelievers 2 Peter 3:5-7 “willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water.  But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.”

God will judge anyone who will not believe.  Habakkuk 2:3 “Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It [judgment] will not tarry.”  We have to believe and trust God because John 3:18, “He who trusts in Him does not come up for judgement.  He who does not trust has already received sentence, because he has not his trust resting on the name of God’s only Son.”

We believe Jesus in faith and we trust God by faith—to heal us, protect us, avenge our wrongs, guide our decisions, deliver us from sinful habits or unscriptural attitudes, and to supply our needs everyday—because unbelievers do not trust God.  We first choose to believe, then God frees us from sin, self, and Satan’s influence.  Romans 5:1-2 “Standing then acquitted as the result of faith, let us enjoy peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also, as the result of faith, we have obtained an introduction into that state of favor with God in which we stand.”

We must persevere through trials; hold on to our faith through persecutions; and to keep trusting God through any test, because God requires John 6:29 “that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”  If we are trusting on the Blood of Christ, God promises to heal, protect, supply, enlighten, forgive, and deliver us.

Choosing to believe enables the Gift of His Spirit.  John 14:17 “That Spirit the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him.  You know Him, because He remains by your side and is in you.”  We choose to believe first—then the Spirit inspires faith next.

Heaven and Hell are actual places with real people as residents.  The Author of life Acts 3:15 said that the soul of everyone continues forever in eternal torment; or forever in eternal pleasure.  Everyone has a free-will choice to believe in the Blood of Christ—and that choice must be made because it is the only way to escape—Revelation 21:8 “the Lake which burns with fire and sulfur.”

The horrible fate of anyone who refuses to believe in the Atonement of Christ, is too dreadful to think about.  Revelation 14:11 “And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

The spiritual condition of the world becomes worse every day—we no longer have all the time in the world to get in a position of trust before God—we must be right by a sincere repentance; a true confession; and really believing on the Blood of Christ for real issues.  2 Corinthians 6:2, “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

Using our free-will choice to believe, makes us right with God in our heart1 John 5:1-2 “Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.”

From the time of our birth, we are sentenced to the flames—until we make the free-will choice to believe in faith on the Blood of Christ.  We have to believe that Jesus gave His life to forgive our sins.  1 John 5:3-5  “And His commandments are not burdensome.  For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.  And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.  Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?”

If we choose to believe in Christ, and we choose to trust on God, we will be able to resist temptations.  When we decide to believe, the Holy Spirit inspires faith in us.  Revelation 3:5 “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments; and I will certainly not blot out his name from the Book of Life, but will acknowledge him in the presence of My Father and His angels.”

Our name must be in the book, because Revelation 20:15 “Anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire,” where 14:11 “the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever.”  No one gets out of this world alive—only if God commutes their sentence—and that is only by believing in faith and trusting in faith on the Atonement Blood of the Cross.

We have to overcome Satan’s temptations, because he will destroy our soul if we do not.  We are to resist temptations; and be aware of His attempts to pull us down and have us yield.  We need to be alert because false places of trust, wrong teaching, and temptations are everywhere.  Matthew 24:24 “False christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”

Many signs are seen—strange weather; natural disasters; horrible crimes; earthquakes; global terrorism; Daniel 12:4 “knowledge shall be increased;” accumulation of wealth; faltering economies; false religion, and Israel surrounded by enemies.  The Bible has the only solution—but we have to read it, believe it, and “do it” Luke 8:21.

Our free-will choice to become a believer, means trusting God in faith everyday—for everything—health, healing, food, fuel, spiritual light, divine protection, forgiveness, and eternal life.  John 6:47 “He [who is believing] on me hath everlasting life.”

Time is running out—using our free-will choice to escape is now!  God is 2 Peter 3:9 “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”  He has already given the Gift of His Son; now it is our choice to receive the gift of His Spirit; to believe and be forgiven—or refuse and be condemned.

Everyone will make a choice—trust God in faith for the saving of their soul; or turn away in unbelief to the destruction of their soul.  John 12:48 “He who sets me at naught and does not receive my teachings is not left without a judge: the Message which I have spoken will judge him on the last day.”

The most valuable information we could have, is what the Atonement Blood of Christ did—for everyone who believes—health, healing, protection, provisions, spiritual light, and eternal life.  If we do not believe that through faith in Christ, God can heal, deliver, protect, provide, and save our soul, then our profession of faith is a sham.  A verbal faith must be linked to acting faith to be valid James 2:22.

We do not have to be guilty; and we do not have to forfeit our soul—because we can choose to believe Christ.  John 5:24 “‘Verily, verily, I say to you–He who is hearing my word [teaching], and is believing Him who sent me, hath [everlasting life], and to judgment he doth not come, but hath passed out of the death to the life’”with Jesus forever!  What a promise; what a choice!
